One of my favorite things I love about MFCC is how close we are as a team. Everyone shows up to work with a “can do” attitude which makes everyone willing to go above and beyond. I myself am proud to be a part of the MFCC Team and very thankful for the opportunity. We are more than just co-workers, we are family.
I had spent over 12 years in manufacturing before joining MFCC. John and Cheryl gave me the opportunity to put my production, planning and lean manufacturing experience into practice and build out the way our MFCC crews plan, schedule and perform their work. It’s been a real scenery change for me. Our MFCC work environment and team spirit is amazingly supportive thanks to great team members and our leadership team.
