Have you ever tried doing a full, down to the studs rehab during a global pandemic? I have, and I can tell you two things: First off, it’s not fun, and secondly, you better make sure you have the right General Contractor! I am a firm believer that my project would have never been finished, or for that matter, even got off the ground if it were not for MFCC. Not only did they get the job done during a time of lockdowns and supply shortages, but they did it within budget and on time.
